Standard Shipping: 2- 5 Days -£3.99 Free over £100
Studio Collection (LS12) based: 2- 5 Days – £1 Free over £100
Local Delivery - (LS12/ BD11/ LS27) 2-5 Days - £1 Free over £100
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers:
We partner with trusted carriers for all deliveries.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a return. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Products purchased through third-party retailers (not directly from our website) must be returned through the respective retailer.
